Refund & Cancellation Policy – Marketing Karo

At Marketing Karo, we value our clients and aim to deliver the best possible digital marketing services. However, since our work involves time, effort, and resource allocation, we have a strict Refund & Cancellation Policy designed to protect both parties. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms below:


1. Service Confirmation

  • All projects begin only after receiving a written confirmation (email/contract) and advance payment.

  • Once the service is initiated, the payment becomes non-refundable.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are allowed only if requested before the project or campaign has started.

  • If work has already commenced (strategy planning, research, ad setup, or content creation), cancellation requests will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.


3. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds will be provided for services already delivered, campaigns already launched, or digital assets already created.

  • Advance payments, retainers, or setup fees are non-refundable as they cover initial consultation, research, and resource allocation.

  • Refunds will not be granted for:

    • Change of mind after project initiation.

    • Unrealistic expectations or lack of desired results (as digital marketing outcomes depend on market factors beyond our control).

    • Delays caused by client-side issues (delayed approvals, missing information, or unresponsive communication).


4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances such as:

  • If Marketing Karo fails to deliver services as agreed in the signed proposal/contract.

  • If a duplicate payment was made by mistake. (In this case, the excess amount will be refunded after verification within 7–10 business days.)


5. Project Termination by Marketing Karo

We reserve the right to terminate services in cases of:

  • Violation of our Terms & Conditions.

  • Use of services for illegal, unethical, or harmful activities.

  • Non-payment of invoices.
    In such cases, no refunds will be issued.


6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to payments, cancellations, or refunds will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh courts.
