Billing & Client Terms & Conditions

  1. Agreement Scope
    The client agrees that the quotation or invoice issued corresponds to the specific services mentioned (such as website development, SEO, digital marketing, social media, or marketplace management). Any additional requirements not listed will be treated as a separate project and will incur additional charges.

  2. Payments & Refunds

    • All payments are non-refundable once the contract or invoice is approved and work has commenced.
    • Project timelines begin only after advance payment or full payment as agreed.
    • Delay in client feedback, approvals, or content submission may result in project timeline adjustments.

  3. Service Limitations

    • SEO, social media engagement, ad results, and ranking positions are not guaranteed. All services are provided on a best-effort basis, based on industry practices and platform algorithms outside our control.
    • All marketing campaigns rely on platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.), which may change without notice.

  4. Revisions & Modifications

    • The quotation includes a fixed number of revisions as specified. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope or after project delivery will be chargeable.
    • Any structural or creative changes requested after final approval will be treated as a new requirement.

  5. Ownership & Usage Rights

    • Upon full payment, the client gains rights to the final deliverables (website, creatives, listings, etc.).
    • Source files (editable design/project files) are not included unless specifically purchased or mentioned in the quotation.

  6. Content Responsibility

    • The client is solely responsible for providing accurate content, images, and materials. The service provider will not be liable for copyright or legal issues arising from client-provided content.

  7. Suspension or Termination

    • If payments are delayed or terms are breached, services and accounts may be suspended without notice.
    • No refunds shall be applicable for partially completed work due to client delay or termination.

  8. Data & Confidentiality

    • All client data and credentials will be handled securely and used solely for project-related purposes.
    • After project completion, it is the client’s responsibility to maintain data backups and security.

  9. Maintenance & Support

    • Post-delivery support will be as per the maintenance package (if any). Otherwise, any update, edit, or bug-fix after final delivery will be billed as new work.

  10. Legal & Dispute Resolution

  • All services are governed by applicable Indian laws.
  • Any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction of the courts of the service provider’s business location.
